1. Get Dressed For The Day

The most important thing to remember is to wake up and get ready for the day. Maintaining your previous morning routine will not only help you wake up and get ready for the day, but it will also help you move from home to work. You have a lot of distractions in your home, the last time you need your social media notifications when you are trying to focus. You won’t use your phone at work, so why use it when working from home? Turn off your notifications and leave your phone in a separate room or in a dedicated gadget tray. By removing the temptation, it will be harder for you to get into bad habits and engage by scrolling through social media feeds.
