Huawei decision to halt the process of making a modern Smartphone chip

According to a report by technology website The Verge, US sanctions on Huawei have been tightened in May this year, which is causing losses to Huawei.

Speaking at a tech industry forum, Huawei CEO Yu Chandong said the company would halt production of its latest Karen 9000 chipset from September 15.

CEO Yu Chandong said that due to economic pressures, Huawei does not have the capacity to make enough chips that can be used in Huawei’s expensive smartphones.

According to the report, this year is likely to be the last year of Huawei’s generation of Karen chips, ie the Mate 40, which will be introduced in September, may be the last smartphone with Karen chips.
